Scott County Recruitment Policies

Scott County only accepts applications for job opportunities on-line. If you don’t have access to a computer or need assistance completing the on-line application you may use our kiosk available at the Human Resources Department located on the 6th Floor of the Scott County Administrative Center, 600 W. 4th Street, Davenport. We will help you in set up your initial user name and profile. Once you’ve completed this process you may use the same profile to apply for future job opportunities or request notification for future job opening.

Job announcements are normally posted for a minimum of seven (7) calendar days. To be considered for a current vacancy you must apply on-line within the specified job announcement timeframe. Applicants with disabilities who require special accommodation in the application or testing process should notify the Human Resources Department prior to the application deadline. No applications will be considered after the posted deadline.
