|Disabled and Senior Citizens||
Must be 65 or older or totally disabled and 18 years of age or older by December 31 of the previous year and have household income of less than qualifying amount. Property owner must file a claim with the county treasurer by June 1 preceding the fiscal year in which the property taxes are due.

|Homestead Credit||Owner must be a resident of Iowa and occupy the property on July 1 and for at least six months of every year.||Only apply once unless you move to a different residence||New applications must be made with the Assessor* on or before July 1 of the year the exemption or credit is first claimed.|
|Military Exemption||Owner must be a resident of Iowa, have been in full time active duty during a war or conflict or served 18 months of active duty and honorably discharged.||Only apply once unless you move to a different residence||New applications must be made with the Assessor* on or before July 1 of the year the exemption or credit is first claimed.|
* There are Two Assessors: Scott County and Davenport City Assessors
